Normal skin is rarely troubled by excess oiliness or dryness but it still needs care and protection, especially as stress, hormonal changes and even the weather can affect its balance. You may also find skin is slightly drier across the cheeks and neck and a little more oily in the T-Zone (centre panel and forehead).
